Water Treatment for Your Home

We handle four things: water testing, water softeners, whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis for drinking and cooking water. Installs done by licensed and insured partner plumbers come with every system, and installation is included in the price. Qualifying systems carry a lifetime warranty on system tanks, and our installation and labor are backed for 5 years. Each service page explains what that system fixes, how we fit it and what affects the price.

Why Neighbors Call Us First

Most people call because something bothers them: white crust on faucets, spotty glasses or water that tastes off. We start by finding out why, then tell you plainly what will help and what will not.

We test before we talk equipment

Hardness, chlorine, total dissolved solids and a few other readings come first. You see the numbers with us at the kitchen counter, and we explain what each one means for your home.

We look at the plumbing too

Before recommending anything, we check where the main line enters, whether there is an existing loop or old softener, and how much room the garage or utility area has. That keeps the plan realistic and avoids surprises on install day.

Honest about what you don't need

If your test shows a softener alone will solve the problem, we will not add a filter to the bill. If a simple drinking water system at the sink is enough, we say so.

One clear installed price

When you get your quote by phone, it covers the system and the installation together. We name the parts, the connections and any extra plumbing work so the number makes sense to you.

Your home treated with care

We lay down protection where we work, shut off water only as long as needed and clear away packaging and old equipment when the job is done.

What Moves the Price of a System

No two houses end up with quite the same setup. Your number comes down to what the water test reveals and what we see at your main line and existing equipment. These are the things we weigh before we quote you.

Your water test is free, and we explain the findings before any pricing comes up. After that, we give you an installed price by phone with the system and labor included, and you decide in your own time.

What the test turns up
High hardness points to a softener. Chlorine taste points to carbon filtration. Some homes need both, and many need only one.
Size of your household
How many people live in the home and how many bathrooms you have decide how large the softener or filter tank should be. Too small wears out fast, too large wastes money.
Existing plumbing and access
A home with a pre-plumbed softener loop is a simpler job. If we need to run new lines, add a bypass valve or reach a drain and outlet, that adds time and parts.
Removing old equipment
Many homes have an aging softener or filter that has stopped working. Taking it out and disposing of it is part of the plan if you want it gone.
Type of system
A single under-sink reverse osmosis unit, a whole-home carbon filter and a softener paired with a filter are very different jobs, with different equipment and labor.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

Nothing gets sold on the first call. Here is what happens once you reach us.

  1. 1

    A short phone call

Tell us what is bothering you about your water and when it suits you for us to stop by. We will set up your free water test.

  2. 2

    Water test and plumbing check

At your home we test the water, look at the main line and any existing equipment, and note where a system could go. You get the readings and what they mean, in plain words.

  3. 3

    Our recommendation and installed price

We tell you what we would do and why, or that you may not need anything at all. The price covers the system with installation included, so there is no separate install bill.

  4. 4

    Install day

One of our partner plumbers fits the system, sets it up for your water and checks every connection for leaks. We show you the bypass valve, how to add salt or change filters, and clean up before leaving.

Common Questions From Homeowners

Do you charge for testing my water?
No charge, and you are under no obligation. We come to your home, test the water, go over the results with you and leave it there unless you decide you want a system.
How do I know if I need a softener or a filter?
The test results settle it. A softener removes the hardness minerals that coat fixtures and build up inside water heaters. A carbon filter handles the taste and smell of chlorine. Some houses benefit from both, and we tell you when one system is enough.
What does the installed price include?
Installation comes with our water treatment systems, so your price includes the equipment and the labor to fit it. If your home needs extra plumbing, like a new bypass or a drain connection, we go over that before you agree to anything.
Is it possible to reuse my current softener setup?
We look at it when we visit. In many homes the existing loop and fittings can be reused, which keeps the job simpler. If the old unit is worn out, we can take it away when we put in the new one.
Is reverse osmosis worth it for drinking water?
For a lot of households, yes. An under-sink reverse osmosis unit feeds treated water to a separate faucet you use for drinking, coffee and cooking. Testing comes first, so you know what it would remove and whether it pays off for your home.
What warranty comes with a system?
Qualifying systems include a lifetime warranty on the system tanks. When we go over your choices, we tell you which ones qualify, so you know the coverage before you decide.
Will installation disrupt my day much?
Your water is shut off only while the plumber connects the system. We protect the work area, look for leaks before leaving and take away the packaging and any old equipment you no longer want.

A Small Company That Starts With Your Water

We are a local water treatment company serving Sun City and the surrounding towns. Our work is simple to describe: test the water in your home, explain what we found and install the system that actually fits, if you need one.

A lot of people have been pressured by a salesperson who arrived with a system already picked out. We work the other way around. The test comes first, the findings come next and the recommendation follows from both. If you want to think it over, ask a family member or get another opinion, that is fine with us.
