Towns we serve

Our home base is Sun City, and we regularly test water and install systems in Sun City West, Youngtown, El Mirage and Surprise. These homes are a short drive for us, so setting up a visit is easy. The water test is free with zero obligation, and you keep the results whatever you decide.

We also work in Peoria, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson and Citrus Park. The process doesn't change with the address. We check your water, look at where a system would sit in your home, and walk you through what we found before we talk about equipment. If you decide to go ahead, install is included with water treatment systems, so you are not left pricing the labor separately.

What we check in your home before suggesting a system

  1. 01

    Older pipes and newer builds

In the West Valley, a house put up decades ago can sit a few miles from a brand-new build, and the plumbing inside each tells a different story. Older lines may be copper or galvanized steel carrying years of buildup, often with no softener loop at all, so we trace the main line and the point where water enters before picking a spot for a system. Many recent builds already have a loop plumbed in the garage, which can make the install simpler.

  2. 02

    Summer heat and placement

Summers across the Valley are long and very hot, and many systems end up in a garage or along an outside wall. We look at placement, shade and how easy the unit will be to reach for filter changes or salt. Equipment you can get to easily is equipment that gets looked after.

  3. 03

    Scale, spots and taste

Plenty of homeowners notice white crust on faucets, spots on glassware or a chlorine taste. Those signs point in different directions. A test shows whether a water softener, whole-home filtration or a reverse osmosis unit at the kitchen sink makes sense, or whether you need less than you expected.

  4. 04

    HOA rules and permits

Most of our work happens inside your home or garage, so HOA rules rarely come into play, though some communities set guidelines for equipment mounted outside. Whether a permit is needed varies by city and by the size of the job. We check the local requirements while we plan your install, and you hear from us what, if anything, they mean for your project.
